This Domain Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between WebRiz Hosting ("Company") and the individual or entity ("Customer") as of the date of purchase of domain services.
Domain Registration Services
- Scope of Services: Company agrees to provide domain registration services to Customer for the domain(s) specified in the order. The domain extensions available for registration include but are not limited to .com, .net, .org, .info, .asia, .us, .name, .in, .biz, .in.net, .co.in, .net.in, .org.in, .gen.in, .firm.in, .ind.in, .tv, .mobi, .tel, .ca, .cc, .ws, .me, .xxx, .pro, .pw, .academy, .agency, .associates, .bar, .builders, .careers, .clinic, .clothing, .club, .dental, .education, .industries, .institute, .services, .shiksha, .technology, .restaurant, .marketing, .accountant, .actor, .art, .bharat, .business, .city, .college, .consulting, .cooking, .company, .dentist, .desi, .design, .diet, .doctor, .fm, .health, .hospital, .host, .hosting, .mortgage, .news, .ngo, .photography, .property, .pub, .sagathan, .shop, .store, .tech, .travel, .uk, .website, .xyz.
- Registration: Company will use its best efforts to register the requested domain(s) on behalf of the Customer. However, Company does not guarantee the availability or registration of any domain name.
- Renewal: CompanyCustomer is solely responsible for the renewal of registered domain(s). Company may provide renewal reminders, but it is the Customer's responsibility to ensure timely renewal.
- Transfer: Customer may transfer the registered domain(s) to another registrar at any time, subject to payment of any applicable fees and compliance with transfer requirements.
Ownership and Rights
- Ownership: Customer acknowledges that it has no ownership rights to the domain(s) registered through Company. Customer agrees that Company is the sole owner of any registration rights during the term of this Agreement.
- Usage Rights: Customer has the right to use the registered domain(s) during the term of this Agreement, provided all fees are paid and the domain(s) are not subject to any dispute or legal proceedings.
Fees and Payment
- Fees: Customer agrees to pay the fees for domain registration services as specified in the order. Fees are non-refundable once the domain(s) are registered.
- Payment: Payment for domain registration services is due upon order placement. Company may suspend or terminate services for non-payment.
Term and Termination
- Term: This Agreement shall commence on the date of purchase and shall continue until terminated by either party in accordance with the terms herein.
- Termination: PaymentEither party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice to the other party. Upon termination, Customer's access to domain registration services will cease, and any unpaid fees shall become immediately due.
Limitation of Liability
Company shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, arising from the use or inability to use the domain registration services provided.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the laws of the State of Chhattisgarh, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Miscellaneous
- Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties concerning the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
- Amendment: This Agreement may only be amended in writing signed by both parties.
